Cancellation Policy..
A deposit is required at the time of booking your room. A full refund given if cancellation at least 2 weeks in advance of booked period. For shortened stays or late cancellations, a full refund will only be given if we are able to rebook the room for the period in question. Every attempt will be made by us to give you a full refund. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!
Sorry - but we are unable to accommodate any pets!
Even though we do try to accommodate families, the terrain, although beautiful, is rocky and so is really not suited for small children.

How to Reach Us...
Grand Manan Island is located at the southern end of New Brunswick, Canada - off the north east coast of Maine. By car, proceed to Hwy #1 between St. Stephen NB and Saint John NB - take the road to Blacks Harbour where you will reach the Ferry Terminal. For Ferry schedules, visit the Grand Manan Tourism Ferry Schedules page. As you approach Grand Manan you will pass our Inn and the Lighthouse on your right - look out for it!
